Using the workshop
Rentfolio is a record-keeping tool for property owners and their authorized teams. These terms describe the proposed subscription service and this static demonstration. By browsing, you agree to use the site lawfully and avoid interfering with other visitors. The demonstration does not establish a paid account, initiate a trial, process a payment, or create an activation credential. Any sample units, ratings, ranks, testimonials, and tenant names are illustrative data supplied for this presentation, not verified marketplace claims.
Your responsibilities
You must have authority to maintain the property and tenant records you enter in a live service. Keep login credentials secure, grant access only to authorized people, and make independent decisions about property operations. Rentfolio provides record-keeping only. Screening decisions and fair-housing compliance are the landlord's responsibility. We do not decide eligibility, approve applicants, make credit-scoring promises, or provide legal advice. You must verify the laws and obligations applicable to your location and tenancy arrangements.
Subscriptions and renewal
The proposed service offers a 14-day trial, followed by automatic monthly renewal at the selected listed price until canceled. Key is $29, Door $59, Block $99, and Estate $149 per month, in USD. The price and renewal terms must be confirmed before any live purchase. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid another charge. A promotion applies only as expressly described; BLOCK10 reduces the first month by ten percent, with later months at regular price.
Rent stays outside our walls
Rentfolio tracks properties, tenants, and reminders. Rent payments are handled by your own payment methods. Rentfolio does not collect, hold, escrow, remit, or move tenant rent or security deposits. A manual rent log is simply a record supplied by you. It does not confirm that a transaction settled. Reconcile records with your own bank or payment provider, and correct errors promptly. Your agreements with tenants and payment providers remain separate from any subscription to Rentfolio.
Access, changes, and limitations
Use the plan within its unit, tenant, SMS, and team limits. Do not upload unlawful content or attempt unauthorized access. We may address abuse or security risks by restricting access after appropriate notice where feasible. Features may develop over time; material billing changes require notice before renewal. Keep an export of important records. The service is provided subject to applicable consumer rights; nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
