Refund policy
A clear starting point
This static website does not charge cards, move funds, activate a subscription, or send an activation email. Completing the demonstration checkout therefore does not create a payment eligible for refund. The rules below describe the proposed subscription offering and must be confirmed at a real purchase. They do not concern rent, deposits, or other amounts paid by tenants through a landlord’s own payment methods. Those transactions are entirely outside Rentfolio and must be addressed with the relevant recipient or provider.
The trial and first paid month
A proposed live subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends if the plan is unsuitable. For the first paid charge, contact us within 14 days if access has not been activated or used and you want a refund. Give the account email, date, selected plan, and a brief explanation so the request can be located. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or tenant files. The company will assess eligibility and explain the outcome.
Renewals and mistakes
Routine cancellation stops the next renewal and does not automatically refund a period already available for use. Duplicate payments, incorrect billing, or an inability to provide purchased access are reviewed separately and fairly. If a charge appears unfamiliar, contact us promptly with the minimum information needed to investigate. Any refund approved for a real transaction should return to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times. We cannot promise an exact arrival date for a bank credit.
Plan changes and promotions
Upgrades, downgrades, and additional months must display their price before confirmation. No prorated credit or charge is assumed merely because you select a different plan in this demonstration. BLOCK10 applies a ten percent discount to the first month only; an eligible refund cannot exceed the amount actually paid. Later months use the regular plan price. Promotional amounts are not cash balances and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another person’s account.
Your statutory rights
These proposed commercial rules do not limit any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or remedy required by the law applicable to a transaction. If mandatory rights apply differently, those rights prevail. Contact the company below to request review, explain a service problem, or ask about the status of an approved refund. We aim to provide a clear response and ask for further information only when it is necessary. A discussion with support does not require you to disclose sensitive property or tenant records unrelated to the billing issue.
