The proposed Rentfolio subscriptions are monthly software access plans, quoted in United States dollars. Key is $29 per month for five units, ten tenants, and one seat. Door is $59 for twenty units, unlimited tenants, and one seat. Block is $99 for sixty units, unlimited tenants, and five seats. Estate is $149 for unlimited units, unlimited tenants, and fifteen seats. Included seats are bundled limits, not independently priced additions. Trial and automatic renewal

A live subscription begins with a 14-day free trial and then renews automatically each month at the selected plan’s regular price unless canceled before renewal. A real checkout must show the billing start date, price, and cancellation terms before you authorize payment. This static demonstration collects no payment method, starts no trial, and creates no renewal obligation. A sample success message confirms only that the browser completed the demonstration sequence. It does not constitute a service contract or activated account.

Promotions and months

BLOCK10 applies ten percent off the first paid month only. The price returns to the standard monthly amount for each later month. The demo lets you estimate multiple months, but the estimate does not create an annual plan or change the monthly renewal rule. Quantities represent separate plan subscriptions with their own bundled capacity; multiplying quantities does not add individual seats to an existing account. Any live tax or final total would need to be shown explicitly before payment is authorized.

Access and included services

For a live purchase, the intended delivery is an activation code by email within five minutes. The static demo sends no email. Key provides manual records without reminders. Door adds work orders, email reminders, vacancy reporting, and a custom domain. Block adds a tenant portal, cashflow reporting, white label features, and 500 monthly SMS credits. Estate adds multi-owner accounts, bulk operations and import, API, SSO, and 2,000 monthly SMS credits with templates. SMS allocations reset monthly and do not roll over.

Cancellation and changes

Cancel before the next renewal through the live account or company contact. Access ordinarily continues through the paid period, and cancellation does not automatically refund an already used period. The Refund Policy explains exceptions and mandatory rights remain intact. Request plan changes with support; upgrades require confirmation of price, while downgrades take effect at renewal once records and seats fit the new limits. Rentfolio does not collect rent or security deposits, and cancellation does not affect payments arranged separately between landlords and tenants.
